Description

This product is a one-step germicidal disinfectant cleaner and deodorant designed for general cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing, and controlling mold and mildew on hard, non-porous non-food contact surfaces. This product cleans quickly by removing dirt, grime, mold, mildew, food residue, body oils, dead skin, blood and other organic matter commonly found in hospitals, nursing homes, medical offices, hotels, motels, public restrooms, restaurants, and food processing plants.

Special Instructions for Cleaning and Decontamination Against HIV-1, HBV and HCV on Surfaces/Objects Soiled with Blood/Body Fluids. Personal Protection: Wear protective latex gloves, gowns, masks, and eye protection. Cleaning Procedure: Blood and other body fluids must be thoroughly cleaned from hard, non-porous surfaces and objects before application of this product. Disposal of Infectious Materials: Blood and other body fluids, cleaning materials and clothing must be autoclaved and disposed of according to federal, state, and local regulations for infectious waste disposal. Contact Time: Allow hard, non-porous surfaces to remain visibly wet for 10 minutes for all organisms.

To Control Mold/Mildew: Pre-clean visibly soiled areas. Prepare use solution by adding 4oz of this product per gallon of water (or equivalent use dilution). Apply use solution to hard, non-porous surfaces which will effectively inhibit the growth of mold and mildew and their odors. Repeat treatment every seven days, or more often if new growth appears.

Non-Acid Toilet Bowl and Urinal Disinfectant Directions

Remove visible soil prior to disinfection.

From a Concentrate: Add 4oz of this product directly into the water in the toilet bowl. Brush thoroughly over exposed surfaces and under the rim with a toilet brush, cloth, or sponge. Allow surfaces to remain visibly wet for 10 minutes and flush.

From a Use Solution: Empty water out of toilet bowl or urinal and apply use solution prepared by adding 4oz of this product per gallon of water (or equivalent use dilution)(660 ppm active) to exposed surfaces, including under the rim with a toilet brush, cloth, or sponge, hand pump trigger spray device, coarse trigger spray device. For spray applications, spray 6-8 inches from surface. Do not breathe spray. Allow surfaces to remain visibly wet for 10 minutes and flush.

For Use as a General Cleaner and Deodorizer: Apply use solution of 4-8oz of this product per gallon of water to hard, non-porous surfaces. Allow to air dry. Rinse with potable water after use on surfaces that come in contact with food. For heavy-duty use, apply 16oz of this product per gallon of water to clean hard, non-porous surfaces.
